French Omelette

In <em>French Omelette</em>, a work commissioned by the Westin Hotel in Richmond, five individuals from a diverse range of cultural backgrounds were filmed, making a French omelette.
None of the participants were professional cooks; the common thread was the level at which they were invested in food. They were filmed as they prepared the dish, following a Julia Child recipe written in their native language.
