My work is experiential; where a viewer/participant is essential. Without the presence of the body within the installation, the work is incomplete.
Growing up, I often took on the role of the observer and pondered a 360 perspective on subjects like religion and politics. I have frequently arrived at a conclusion of the existence of many truths, not just an absolute one.
“I FIND PEOPLE ENDLESSLY INTERESTING AND CONFUSING.”
The dubiety of life’s questions and how humans interpret these questions as a product of their own genetics and experiences is a theme that is pervasive throughout my art. What I find most interesting is who we are as humans in different contexts and how our decisions are influenced by our environment and past experiences.
In my view, life is a constant parade of conflicts and resolutions.
That defines living.
That defines living.
